Parent/Carer Workshops - The Optimal Relationship Approach (ORA)
Thursdays 1st, 8th and 15th of August / 6:30pm-8:30pm (3 x 2 hour workshops)

The Optimal Relationship Approach (ORA) is an evidence-based program that provides parents/carers with confidence and skills to support their children to build resilient and navigate big emotions. ORA also helps to strengthen family relationships and to support overall family wellbeing.
