Celebrating nine spectacular years
It’s a huge round of applause to the team at FN Cleveland (QLD) which last week celebrated its ninth anniversary of FN membership.
Nine years ago on day one, Principal Ryan McCann had three staff show up to an office with no homes to sell and no rental property managements. Today, he has 27 passionate staff, over 800 managements and is grateful to his team for achieving the No.1 sales team in Queensland for the past four years, and No.1 sales team in the country for the first time last month.
Congratulations team Cleveland. We’re honoured to support your success and share in your journey.
Top 50 female agents
Bravo to Rebecca Dean of FN Port Stephens (Salamander Bay, NSW) for placing 41st in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Female Agents.
The REB gong is well-placed, with Rebecca having also recently achieved a National Magnificent 7 Salesperson award in Kuala Lumpur.
Way to go, Toowoomba
Information Express provides your agency with topical blog content that not only makes your website useful to customers, it helps maintain a prominent position in Google search results.
Good to see FN Toowoomba grabbing hold of First National’s Budget 24 content and marketing collateral, then driving traffic from Facebook to its website.
Upward and onward
Having just returned from our Kuala Lumpur Convention, FN Lewis Prior (Warradale, SA) principal Brett Lewis and FN Glenelg principal, Christine Pinkus welcomed CEO David Edwards to their offices with BGM Trent Godfrey.
‘Most outback’ pub sold
Robert Stephens of FN Collie & Tierney (Mildura, VIC) has just reported the sale of Victoria’s ‘most outback pub’, which is the furthest from Melbourne’s CBD.
Better than being famous as ‘the pub with no beer’, the Werrimull pub sold for $265,000.
Here’s cheers, Rob.
City 2 Surf
The team at FN O’Donoghues (Darwin, NT) participated with 2,897 other Darwinians in the City 2 Surf run on June 2. Well done braving the humidity and heat, team.
