from Julie'Desk.

Welcome back to Term 3. It has been so great to visit classrooms in the past few days to see the readiness of children to learn. As they transition back to school, please know how much things like homework and sleep routines assist children to learn. Please also remember to pack lots of healthy snacks and water to fuel their inquiring minds.

NAIDOC Week 7th -14th July 2024 – Keep The Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud

Last week was NAIDOC Week. This week all classes have been celebrating in different ways. I can’t wait to see what they have been up to at our Whole School Assembly this Friday. Please attend if you can, parents can go straight to the stadium at 2.40pm.

National Diabetes Week 14th – 20th July 2024

Did you know that more than 130,000 people live with Type 1 Diabetes in Australia. There is still no cure, but there are now more and more ways to help people with Diabetes live a better quality of life. This year’s campaign is all about making the technology more accessible and affordable. Click here to find out more. This is relevant to CHPS with multiple children and family members needing to navigate this condition for the rest of their lives.

Uniform

In these cold Winter days, please know that coats and scarves are fine for your children to wear outside. Please make sure that all other uniform is in line with our Uniform Policy. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact me to discuss.

Until next time,
