The next meeting of the Parents and Friends Committee (PFA) will be on Tuesday 16th July at 7pm (first week of Term 3). in the staffroom. Please join us!

Hi IPS families,
Time to dust off those dancing shoes because the much-anticipated 2024 student disco is coming up in July and this year we have a Sporting Heros theme!
As you know, this event doesn’t happen without the help of parent volunteers, so a big thank you to all those who have volunteered so far!
We are still in need of the following helpers:
Audio Setup; our DJs need help with 1 more helper for setup (from 2.40pm to 3.30pm on the day) and 1 for pack-up (8.30pm to 9pm-ish), if you know what a banana plug is we need you!
If you can help with any of the above, please contact me asap, and please also indicate your email and mobile number (so I can contact you if needed).
Remember:
- Parents can bring students into the hall to settle them in if needed, but please try to leave when you can as we get crowded in there!
- Don’t forget the permission slip online in Compass (closes the day before the disco)
- This year is cashless so please complete payment via Compass and no need to bring cash on the night!
