Western Metro Region Championships - Intermediate Volleyball Wednesday 8th May

Results

Game One –North Geelong SC defeated Braybrook College (40-27)

Game Two – North Geelong SC defeated Maribyrnong Sports Academy (40-18)

Game Three – North Geelong SC defeated Taylors Lakes SC (32-31) 

Final –The Grange defeated North Geelong SC (40-31)

The team should be proud of their performance at this high-level of competition. Making the Final and being very competitive with the opposition was the highlight of the day. 

Being able to handle the pressure and remain calm shone through. The leadership from Jasmine Nguyen and Maria Pagtolon-was outstanding and the support of all team members towards each other created confidence and motivation.

A special thanks to Rob Straube who coached the team throughout the day. His tactical knowledge and individual coaching were of great benefit to the team’s success.

Return Times: 1:25 pm

Ensure to return the borrowed equipment and check off your name. Should there be any issues with returning the equipment, promptly inform the staff at the Sports Shack.

Failure to return equipment may impact your ability to borrow in the future.
