BHS has just signed up to be part of the Cup Rescue Schools Program. As part of this program, there will be 3 new cup collecting bins around the school. These are for a range of different take away style cups to STOP them going to landfill! Obviously we want to encourage re-usable cups where ever possible, but sometimes that’s not an option. Single use cups from the canteen, coffee vendor, breakfast club, or any café can be placed in the bins and will be up-cycled through the 7-Eleven Cup rescue system to be made into products that can be used. 

Bins look like the picture below and will be in the following locations around the school: 

1. At the undercover area near the canteen
2. Outside the main staff room where breakfast club is located
3. At the front reception

So keep a look out for these new bins and support this program to STOP single use cups going to landfill!!!!
