Learning and Teaching
Common Assessment Task - Writing
All students at St Therese’s complete Writing Common Assessment Tasks for moderation throughout the year. The Common Assessment Task topic and success criteria are discussed and moderated as a whole staff following the testing period.
The moderation period allows staff to analyse student data to identify areas of strength and challenge and modify teaching & learning activities accordingly. Have a chat with your child/ren about their recent Narrative writing task - What did your child/ren write about?
Safe on Social
We urge families to continue the messages and conversations regarding eSafety. To assist in the process, Safe on Social has allowed St Therese's School and Families access to the eReady Kids Program free of charge. Please see below for access information.
Graduate Outcome Awards
Last week we celebrated students who displayed the Graduate Outcome of COURAGE. These students received a Graduate Outcome Award.
Students who graduate from St Therese’s Primary School are people of COURAGE, who are inclusive, and make responsible choices, even when it’s difficult.
For the next fortnight, staff will continue to be on the lookout for students who display the Graduate Outcome of RESPECT.
