GSSC Food Safari

Our annual Food Safari is always a highlight of GSSC’s Harmony Week calendar and this year’s event was no different. During the week our Year 11 and 12 hospitality students cooked up a global menu to share with staff and around 100 students who were carefully selected for their great work demonstrating our school values and expected behaviours.

 

Students served up dishes from across the world including sushi, nachos, pavlova, papadums, profiteroles and even fairy bread ensuring there was something for everyone to taste and lots of colour among the plates.

 

Students presented their canape-style menu at a special event hosted in our Enterprise Centre and once again did themselves proud. Well done to all involved.
