WAKAKIRRI | WHAT AN INCREDIBLE JOURNEY

Our Wakakirri journey has almost come to an end, and the Performing Arts team would like to take this opportunity to celebrate our amazing Waka superstars.

We are incredibly proud of all our students who worked so hard to bring our story to life. Their enthusiasm, creativity, teamwork and commitment throughout the process have been fantastic to see. A huge congratulations to every student involved. There have been countless rehearsals, costume changes, props to organise, choreography to learn and plenty of moments where everyone had to work together and support one another. Watching the students grow in confidence and embrace their roles has been such a rewarding part of the journey.

A very big thank you also goes to our wonderful parent helpers. Your support with costumes, props, rehearsals and all the little jobs in between made such a difference. The time, energy and care you put into helping us create this production did not go unnoticed. You truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you contributed.

We also cannot forget our amazing staff, who gave so much of their time, energy and creativity behind the scenes. A special thank you goes to the teachers and staff who took time out of their own schedules to lend a hand wherever it was needed.  

The Performing Arts team could not have done it without you.

Wakakirri has been about so much more than getting up on stage. It has given our students the opportunity to build confidence, try something new, work as a team and be part of something they can be truly proud of.
