Year 3/4 Camp

Our Year 3 and Year 4 campers have kicked off their adventure at camp, arriving safely late this morning and settling into their cabins under beautiful blue skies. Spirits were high as bags were unpacked, beds claimed and students explored their home for the next couple of days.
This afternoon marks the start of their activity program, with groups rotating through a range of outdoor challenges. Some students are heading straight to the beach to make the most of the sunshine, while others are taking on the giant swing or giving tree rolling a go. Early reports suggest plenty of laughter, bravery and excitement.
This afternoon, the camp also provided this amazing birthday cake for the four students who are celebrating their birthdays during camp this year.
Violet, Oliver, Eisha and Mila got to enjoy the whole group signing happy birthday before sharing the cake together.
After dinner tonight, campers will enjoy one of the most anticipated events of the week, the camp disco. We are sure there will be plenty of dancing and big smiles before everyone heads back to their cabins for what we hope will be a solid night’s sleep.
To keep families updated (without filling your Compass notifications), we will be sharing regular photos and short updates on our school Facebook page over the next couple of days. You can follow along here: https://www.facebook.com/StKildaPark
We will also provide a final Compass update on Friday around lunchtime, confirming the anticipated arrival time back at Lakeside Drive.
Thanks for your ongoing support and we hope you enjoy following the adventures of our wonderful campers.
