Thanksgiving Mass
Our Thanksgiving Mass is a wonderful opportunity to farewell our leaving families and departing staff. All families are welcome to attend. It is on Tuesday 9th December in the Community Centre Centre beginning at 7pm
If your child would like to do a reading on this night, please email me at joshua.crowe@sjvermont.catholic.edu.au
We also invite our choir members to sing at this event.

In our final month of the year, we have some exciting events coming up. Parents are welcome to attend.
Monday 1st December - Year 5 Leading the Advent Prayer Service 8.50am
Sunday 7th December - 2025 Prep Welcome Mass - 9.45am @ St John’s Church
Tuesday 9th December - End of Year Thanksgiving Mass 7pm in the Community Centre
Thursday 11th December - Year 6 Graduation 5.45pm
Friday 12th November - Year Prep / Year 1 Nativity Prayer Service 2.30pm
Monday 15th December - Year 6 Moving On Ceremony 2pm in the Community Centre
REMINDER: St Vinnie’s Food Drive
Christmas is a special time of year and we want everyone to be able to celebrate with some Christmas cheer. This year at St James we are spreading Christmas joy by providing food donations.
We will be collecting food donations for those in need. Below is a list of foods that will make up food hampers. Every classroom will have a basket to place these donations in.
Large tins of ham
Christmas Pudding
Long life custard
Christmas Cake
Tinned Vegetables (Peas or carrots)
Tinned Fruit
Jelly crystals
Shortbread biscuits
Savoury biscuits
Packet of jelly lollies
