Camp Day 🏕️🥞
Camp Day was a wonderful opportunity for our Foundation students to build independence and prepare for future school camps in a fun and supportive way. Everyone arrived in their cosy pyjamas and started the morning with a delicious pancake breakfast, which set the perfect tone for the day. The students then practised important routines such as getting dressed, brushing their teeth, and doing their hair—skills that will help them become more confident and responsible. Throughout the day, they worked in teams to complete a scavenger hunt around the school, showing great cooperation and problem-solving. To finish off, we decorated cookies, making the day both rewarding and memorable for everyone! 🍪😊
PREP TRANSITION 2026
Our latest Prep Transition session was filled with hands-on learning and excitement as students explored how bridges are designed and built. The children worked hard to create bridges that would help their animal figures travel safely from the house to the tree, thinking carefully about strength, balance, and design. Once they mastered their first attempt, we made the challenge even trickier by introducing a train track, and the students had to adapt and rebuild their bridges to make them work. It was fantastic to see their problem-solving skills, creativity, and perseverance shine throughout the session. We are so proud of how confidently they engaged with the STEM challenges and worked together to bring their ideas to life! 🌟🔨🌳
