Booklists
Our 2026 Parent Payment Agreements and Booklists are now available for all families to access and place their orders.
Families are reminded that all students will require the full list of items included on their booklist for the 2026 school year.
Ordering & Payment Details:
- Booklists: To be ordered and paid for online via the Winc website.
- Curriculum Contributions: Can be paid via Compass.
- Free Delivery: Orders placed before 5 December 2025 will receive free delivery. Orders placed after this date will incur a $12.95 delivery fee per family.

SUNSMART
The Dress Code and uniform requirements are on the school website under Parents / Uniform. Of particular importance at this time of the year are sun hats.
At Highton Primary School, it is compulsory to wear sun hats from Mid-August through until April 30th in line with The Cancer Council Victoria’s Sun Smart Program. Students must wear either a Highton broad brimmed or bucket hats as listed in the Dress Code and available from PSW in Malop St.
Children who do not have a sunhat will be sent to play in a quiet area where they will be undercover.
CSEF
Please read if you hold a valid Healthcare/Concession card.
The CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund) is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. A special consideration category also exists for asylum seeker and refugee families.
The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
The annual CSEF amount per student is:
• $125 for primary school students•
$225 for secondary school students

A hard copy pf the application form can be collected from the school Office.
If you applied for CSEF in 2025, you do not need to complete an application form for 2026 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances. You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred:
• new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools for 2026.
• changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing.
