Term 2 Week 6

It’s a big week for athletics in Primary!

We had a great turnout for our K-1Athletics Carnival today. Thank you to all those who came to cheer on the students.

Primary Athletics Carnival

Join us on Friday, as we head to Jubilee Park for the whole Primary Athletics Carnival. Please ensure you complete the permission form via the link emailed home, it's essential that every child has permission to attend. Our carnivals are all about participation, enjoyment, and celebrating the amazing bodies God has given us to do our best and have fun!

Playground Safety – No, Go, Tell

In Primary, we’ve been talking a lot about how to stay safe and care for one another in the playground. One important strategy we’ve been teaching is the “No, Go, Tell” method:

  1. No – Say “No” or “Stop” to the words or actions that make you feel unsafe.
  2. Go – Walk away or remove yourself from the situation.
  3. Tell – Find a trusted adult and tell them what happened so they can help.

While our teachers and staff are always here to support, learning how to manage small playground issues independently is a great step towards building confidence and resilience.

Nut Awareness Reminder

We are a nut-aware school, and we kindly ask families not to send food containing nuts. We have a number of students with severe nut allergies, and your help ensures a safe environment for everyone.

Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership!
