Friday STEM Lunch Time Clubs

Recently, Alex and Oscar from 6G took the lead in running a fun and interactive Kahoot! Quiz for our junior students during the Friday STEM Lunchtime Club. Kahoot! is an online quiz platform that turns learning into a game — and it was a big hit!

It was fantastic to see both Alex and Oscar step confidently into leadership roles. They guided the younger students through setup, hosted the quiz with enthusiasm, and awarded house points to the top performers. The STEM room was packed, and the energy was high — a true testament to the power of student-led learning and collaboration.

Due to the school closure this Friday, there will be no STEM Lunchtime Club this week.

However, we’re excited for what’s coming next week! The hugely popular Bug Display will return, giving students the chance to closely examine a fascinating range of insects. There will also be materials available for drawing and craft activities, and of course, our LEGO tubs will be out for creative building fun.

We look forward to seeing everyone back in the STEM room next week!
