SEQTA Engage – Online Portal – Mid Year Reporting

This year our mid-year and end-of-year reports are going digital, and will be shared with you by email through SEQTA Engage. This software is what we have used to create our mid-year and end-of-year reports – however they will now be accessed online, rather than a printed copy being sent home. This has been the practice for most SA Catholic Schools over the past year. Once the reports have been released on the SEQTA portal – you will be able to download them and share them electronically with other family members, or print a hard copy from the PDF (if required).

This week – you will receive an email that will be sent to the email address we have on file – that will provide you with a link to register for SEQTA Engage. This link will be called “set up your account now” – this link will take you to registration page where you will be able to setup a username and password for your account.

Please note: This link only remains valid for 7 days, after which it will expire, and then the setting up the account link will need to be reactivated. We will send these setting up account emails out on Thursday the 5th of June – before reaching out to the school if you don’t receive them by the end of the day, we do ask to check your junk mail folder (other schools have shared their experience that quite often the initial email ends up there).

Further information will follow shortly via email and Seesaw – with detailed instructions on how to download the SEQTA Engage app at both the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Samsung/Android devices). You can also access SEQTA via a web browser if you do no wish to download the app, and instructions will also be included for this.
