Dear Families
As we find ourselves halfway through Term 3 and embracing the cooler days of winter, it’s a good time to reflect on the many things happening in our school community. The weeks are flying by, and we’re already looking ahead to the end of term when our Semester 1 reports will be distributed. This year, we are introducing a new system for student reports, and parents will be required to register in order to access them. More information about this process is included in this newsletter, with sign in details being made available soon via email and Seesaw, so please keep an eye out for upcoming communications.
It was wonderful to see so many families attend our recent School Mass. These gatherings are a vital expression of our Catholic identity and a reminder of the strong, faith-filled community we are blessed to be part of.
We are also delighted to welcome back our speech pathologist, Kelly Brook, from maternity leave. Kelly will be working on Mondays and Tuesdays, partnering with Jemma, who is here Monday to Friday. We are grateful to have both Kelly and Jemma supporting our students’ communication, literacy and learning needs.
In this newsletter, senior families will also find an invitation to an upcoming Parent Night—an opportunity to connect, hear updates, and discuss how we can continue to support our senior students together.
Finally, as the winter season begins, we hold all farming families and communities in our prayers. Many are facing the hardships of drought, and we join together in praying for rain and relief in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership, and may this term continue to be one of learning, fun and community.
Kind regards
Cathy Sires
