Visual Arts - Rhys 5B 'Be a Learner' Rhys showed great focus and determination with his Notan art. He asked for feedback and worked hard to apply his learning. Congratulations Rhys!
Performing Arts - Tsokyi 1B ‘Be Respectful’ Tsokyi displayed great enthusiasm and fantastic whole body listening during the MSO Jams Workshop. She followed instructions carefully and played her instruments along with the orchestra while having fun. Greta job, Tsokyi!
Chinese - Joan 3A ‘Be a learner’ Joan demonstrates how to be a great learner. She focuses on the teacher, copies notes neatly and participates in class activities with respect. Well done Joan!
L.L.I. (Year 1) - Riley 1A - ‘Be a Learner’ This nomination is in recognition of Riley’s consistent efforts in L.L.I. He listens attentively, works collaboratively with other students and always tries his best. Keep up the wonderful work, Riley.
6C - Oliver for showing awesome resilience and team spirit on Athletics Day. He gave it his all, cheered on his friends, and helped make the day fun for everyone! Well done Oliver.
5A - Aleksandra ‘Be Respectful’ for consistently demonstrating kindness, responsibility, and making positive choices, both in and out of the classroom. Your behavior sets a positive standard for those around you.
5B - Chloe ‘Be a Learner’ Chloe always asks for feedback and uses it to demonstrate consistent engagement and commitment to learning. She stays focused by remaining on task and actively participating throughout all activities.
5C -Isaac ’Be a Learner’ for successfully using scaffolding to rearrange sentences while keeping their original meaning. Well done Isaac!
4A - Jensen 'Be Respectful' During our Athletics Day, Jensen showed excellent leadership and a strong sense of fairness by stepping back thoughtfully, making space for a classmate to be included. He made such a positive impact through his actions and considerate choices. We are very proud of you Jensen!
4B - Jaya ‘Be a Learner’ for getting back into the swing of learning quickly. Jaya has a great attitude towards learning new information, especially during reading groups.
4C - Tavish ‘Be Respectful’ Tavish you have shown our school values since joining 4C at the beginning of this term. You have a strong opinion but voice it respectfully and go about your work with pride.
3A - Peyland ‘Be a Learner’ Peyland showed great collaboration and leadership skills at our excursion this week, communicating clearly and positively with her peers. Well done Peyland!
3B - Tiana ‘Be a Learner’ Tiana demonstrated fantastic leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills during the activities at our day excursion. Keep it up Tiana!
3C - Youssef 'Be a Learner' This award is for showing resilience and perseverance when writing his persuasive CAT. He continually gave his best effort on each day he was writing it. Amazing work, Youssef!
2A- Jasper for showing outstanding commitment to his learning in mathematics. Jasper shared his thinking with the class when adding and subtracting numbers, using a hundreds chart and number line to clearly explain his strategies. Well done, Jasper!
2B - Dion for working hard to continue to improve her writing, when producing a persuasive text. Keep up the fantastic work!
1A - Ayla- ‘Be A Learner’ for working hard on her word-solving strategies and showing impressive growth in her reading. Your dedication and effort are truly paying off – keep up the fantastic work!
1B - Aekam - ‘Be a Learner’ Aekam has shown amazing resilience and pride in her learning. She has worked hard, never gave up even when tasks were tricky, and always took pride in doing her best. Well done for being such a positive and determined learner!
