Indigenous House Shirts

Have you seen our new House tops featuring Indigenous designs by Nathan Patterson yet? If not, see below! These tops are in the manufacturing stage and should be ready for ordering via Spartan at the beginning of March. Our students will be able to wear these shirts as part of the school uniform on their allocated P.E. day (weekly), every Friday as well as special event days. 

Indigenous Australian artist Nathan Patterson is a proud Wagiman Man who is now residing on the Surf Coast of Victoria. His people are from Pine Creek, near the Daly River Region in the Northern Territory, where the Wagiman clan are the traditional landowners.

Nathan’s art is a mixture of contemporary designs using traditional techniques that incorporate the Dreamtime stories of his people and of the native land. He continues to tell these stories through his art. Nathan strives to push the boundaries of contemporary Aboriginal art through the use of vibrant colours and traditional design.

House Chants

This week, our 2025 House Captains embraced an exciting challenge! They led a lunchtime session with students from Grades 3 - 6, where everyone collaborated to create a fun and unique rhyme or chant to capture the spirit and energy of the year ahead. Check out what they came up with!   

Our House Captains have also been working on some great new initiatives for this year. We look forward to watching them coordinate chess tournaments, House performances, and various other competitions! It will be a great year ahead for our Houses!

School Council 

Thank you to those that have nominated for school council. Next week we will inform our school community as to whom are this year's office bearers or whether an election is required.

Colour Run 

We are now only 1 week away from the big event! Our students and their families are doing so well with their fundraising, we are so proud of them - make sure to keep it up! Our aim is to raise at least $25,000. See Compass for the latest, in-depth, update.
