St John's Ambulance Incursion

It was wonderful to have St John's Ambulance come to St Joes last Friday and teach our students some first aid skills last week.

Our F/1/2 students learned about how to look for danger in an emergency and who to call for help. Our 3/4 students learned about how to help those in an emergency by putting people into a recovery position. Our 5/6 students learned some basic CPR skills they could use if there is ever an emergency. This was a great incursion to have for our students to develop these important life skills.
