If there is one thing we could all agree on, it would be how fast our weeks are going. We are already halfway through the term, and we have been filled with many exciting events.
Firstly our preps have started their swimming program. And I am sure everyone is enjoying and learning many important skills. Swimming is surely a significant capability.
Meanwhile, our Year Sixes have started their interschool sports games. They have been competing against other schools and have enjoyed the time that they have been playing and learning simultaneously.
Now for our most highlighted event of this week. Our year 6 Lume excursion! We delved into Van Gogh’s life, his artwork and how it impacted him personally, and the world. The artworks were so beautiful with radiant details in each piece. This excursion was definitely a great start to our inquiry unit for this term. We will continue to learn more about Van Gogh and his life.
Thank you for taking your time to read this fortnight’s newsletter. Have a great rest of the term.
Sincerely,
Your 2025 school captain Eliana
