The Resilience Project
Parent Webinar - Tuesday 11th March
At Glen Waverley Primary School, we are committed to supporting student wellbeing and resilience through our whole-school approach The Resilience Project (TRP). Your child is already engaging with the key principles of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness (GEM), Emotional Literacy and Connections in their learning, and now we have an exciting opportunity for parents and carers to deepen their understanding and bring these strategies into the home.
We invite you to join Hugh van Cuylenburg from The Resilience Project for an inspiring online webinar, "Authentic Connection", on Tuesday, 11th March, from 6:30–7:30pm AEDT. This session will explore the power of letting go of perfection, ego, and control to build stronger, more meaningful connections—both with yourself and those around you. Best of all, it will equip you with the same evidence-based strategies being taught in classrooms, so you can support your child’s wellbeing at home.
How to Register
If you can’t attend live, don’t worry—the session will be recorded, and we will share the link afterward.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical strategies and insights into fostering resilience, wellbeing, and authentic connections in your family. We encourage all parents and carers to take advantage of this free event!
We look forward to seeing you there. Let’s work together to support the wellbeing of our students, both at school and at home!
