We went on to discuss the 2025 Annual Implementation Plan and some other official information and procedures as a new School Council. All members are very keen to get started on the work involved with their portfolios and have lots of ideas for us to work through during the course of the year. Our first event will be to hold a Working Bee (general clean up) on Sunday 23rd March 10am to 12noon. More information to come.

Christine reported that the work being done to close off a teaching space in the 1/2 Learning Community has commenced and will be completed in the next few weeks. This will create a 4th closed teaching space for 1/2 classes. Members also asked about the timeline for the update of the playground. Christine explained that the Victorian Schools Building Authority (VSBA) were in the process of managing the tender process for the job and that the school hadn't yet heard about the outcome for this.
