PSC Sports Update – A thrilling start to the term!

It has been an action-packed month of sports at PSC!

Our term kicked off with an impressive performance from our Senior Cricket team at Sweeney Reserve on 10th February for the Cardinia InterSchool Cricket Competition. They played with great dedication and skill, securing a win and showcasing their talent on the field.

Following this, our Senior Volleyball teams delivered outstanding results in their InterSchool competition. The Senior Boys A team claimed victory in the final at Casey Stadium on 18th February, while our Senior Girls A team finished as runners-up. Our Senior Boys and Girls B teams also put in strong performances throughout the day.

On Thursday, 27th February, our Intermediate Volleyball teams competed in the Cardinia Region Interschool Competition at Casey Stadium. Both the boys and girls teams played exceptionally well, with the boys team winning the final!

The Swimming Carnival last week was a huge success, with an incredible number of students participating and earning spots in the upcoming District Swimming Competition. One of the highlights of the day was the highly anticipated Staff versus Students events, where staff once again claimed victory in both the Tug O’ War and Relay Races!

With so much more to look forward to in March, we can’t wait to see our students continue to shine in sport!

Students, please remember to check out the Sports Calendar each day in the Student Bulletin for all training schedules and competition details.
