Creating Futures Together
As part of the unit on genetics, Year 10 Biology/Psychology students extracted DNA from strawberries and kiwifruit using salt, hot water and chilled ethanol. Students then used this to practice their practical writing skills and develop their scientific literacy skills.
Students created models of the brain during their learning of psychology, demonstrating their knowledge and understanding of the key components of the organ.
