Netball Tournament Leaders:Year 6 Term 3 Leadership Initiative

Netball Tournament

The Year 4, 5 and 6 students competed in a series of Netball games every Wednesday in Term 3. Our responsibilities began by putting together teams for each grade along with their team managers. When the tournament began, we had some really competitive and close games, which even resulted in some draws! All teams showed really good sportspersonship and a great competitive spirit. 

We all had so much fun playing this tournament and we were so thrilled to see students who had never played before, give it a go, try their best and most importantly have fun! We were so fortunate to have such a good group of teachers help us with this lunchtime tournament. Therefore, we would like to give a big thank you to Miss Coldebella and Miss Shanahan and the wonderful Netball leaders. In conclusion, we had a really fun time and hope that the other year levels had a blast!
