Shark Tank Topic Expo

This term, our Year 5 and 6 students participated in an exciting Shark Tank initiative. Throughout the term, they formed teams to develop their own innovative products, conducting thorough market research through surveys and feedback at the school gate.

Each group crafted detailed business proposals, including financial plans and marketing strategies, to present their ideas in an engaging and detailed pitch to the St Joseph's Sharks at our Open Learning Expo.

The excitement in the atrium and the Year 5 classrooms all morning was palpable.

This project provided valuable insights into entrepreneurship, from idea generation to the creation of prototypes, allowing students to showcase their creativity and decision-making.

We could not be more proud of our Senior Students for how they embraced this project. The feedback from all Sharks was glowing. They were so impressed with their level of knowledge, prototypes, engaging pitches and the passion each student had for their product.
