Year 4

Term 3 is almost over and it’s been a busy time in Year 4! 

Of course, the main highlight of term has been going on our Year 4 camp to Mill Valley Ranch.  With much excitement, we boarded the buses that would take us for three days of fun and new experiences.   After having a tour of the camp and checking into our cabins (and choosing preferred bunks), we had lunch and started our activities. 

For most people, the highlight was getting to ride a horse, most for the very first time.  Other events included a Scavenger Hunt around the campgrounds, low ropes course, team building games and archery. 

Everything culminated on the final day where we held a whole grade game of Extreme Tag, and an innovative game of trivia with blocks that really tested everyone’s brain.   It was a pretty quiet bus trip home with lots of sleepy Year 4 students!  Thanks to all the parent helpers that helped to make our camp such a success.
