OUTDOOR EDUCATION

KSC Year 9 &10 Outdoor Ed - Wilsons Promontory Wilderness Boat Journey and Mt Oberon Bushwalk. 

On November 2nd, as part of the Year 9/10 Outdoor Education class, students took to the high seas on a Wilderness Eco tour to the Southern-most tip of mainland Australia and its surrounds. These students were fortunate enough to spot whales, dolphins and seals and take in the spectacular sights of Skull Island. After the eco boat tour our students took up the challenge of getting to the summit of Mt. Oberon to gain amazing views of Wilsons Promontory and Bass Strait.

STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING

On November 3rd, as part of the Year 9/10 Outdoor Education class, students learned how to Stand Up Paddle on Screw Creek in Inverloch. Students developed paddling, teamwork, balance and communication skills during the journey.
