to Plate

Another amazing week in the kitchen!! The students had requested to make dumplings so dumplings we made! Filled with wombok cabbage, shitake mushrooms, carrots and garlic chives.  We had so much fun making them in hats and also using my special dumpling press. The dumplings looked amazing! 

We made some of them steamed and some of them fried. 

They were absolutely delicious! The students said it was one of the best dishes we have made in our kitchen!
