Amanda McClaren (Secondary)

1. Year 11 VCE Biology Teacher, Agriculture  Teacher and Year 7 Coordinator

2.  I love watching the eventing and dressage at the Olympics. (Fun fact: I watched the 1996 Australian Olympic Eventing Team win gold from a hospital surgeons cafeteria in between photographing open heart surgery in the National University Hospital in Reykjavik, Iceland.)

3.  Holidays…what are they? I have not had a holiday in years… the last time we tried to get off the farm for a four day holiday we had a call from a neighbour advising that a bushfire was heading towards our house.

4. Nope…not a Karaoke singer but love to sing along with the tunes in the car. 

5. Raising awareness of agriculture with our students. Working with Seymour College students and our cattle – watching the students connect with the animals and achieve success in the showing classes.
