The BIG Summer Read is a way you can win prizes by reading books.

The Big Summer Read starts Friday 1 December 2023 and registration is now open!

It is a statewide reading challenge for anyone aged 0 to 18 years and free to participate.

How it works:

1. Register online or at your local Hobsons Bay Libraries branch.

2. Track your reading using Beanstack or one of our Reading Journals and go in the running to win a prize!

3. Complete challenges to go in the prize draw!
