Reminder to Return Library Books
The end of the 2023 school year is approaching quickly and Wally is on the hunt, looking for the many books to be returned to the Library ready for stocktake.
As of today, we have 281 books overdue.
Now is a great time for families to hunt for those books which might have come home during the year and not made their way back to school.
We really appreciate you checking in with your children and helping them to return their books as soon as possible.
Years 9-11 Study Day
A reminder that next Wednesday 6th December, is a Study Day for Years 9-11 students for staff exam marking and ECP preparation day. Information has been forwarded to families of these students via Operoo.
End of Term Assemblies
Years 5-8
Next Friday, 8th December, commencing at 9.10am in the Brigidine Centre.
Years F-4
Thursday 14th December at 9.10am in the Brigidine Centre.
VCE Results and ATAR 2023
VCE results will be available from 7.00am Monday 11th December.
Register for the Results and ATAR Service
To access your VCE results and ATAR, you will first need to register.
You will need your VCAA student number and Password.
Statewide Orientation Day
Statewide Orientation Day is Tuesday, 12th December.
Current students are to wear full school unifom on Orientation Day.
F-12 End of Year Liturgy and Awards Celebration
Our end of year College Liturgy and Awards Celebration will be held in the Brigidine Centre on Wednesday 13th December commencing at 12.00pm.
F-4 End of Year Celebrations
Celebration Day - Thursday 14th December
F-4 Carols - Thursday 14th December at 5.30pm
End of 2023 School Year
The last day of the 2023 school year for students will be Friday 15th December. School will finish at the normal time of 3.20pm on this day.
2024 School Commencement
The first day of school for Foundation and Years 7, 11 and 12 students will be Wednesday 31st January, 2024.
All other students will commence on Thursday 1st February. Our College Opening Mass will be held on this day at 11.30am.
College Office Closure for 2023
The College Office will close from 4.00pm on Friday 15th December, 2023 and reopen on Monday 22nd January, 2024 at 8.30am.
Parish Christmas Giving Tree
Parishioners are invited to donate toys, toiletries and non-perishable groceries for distribution locally by St Vincent de Paul.
Donations can be left under the Christmas tree in the Church. Alternatively, envelopes are also available on the Christmas tree for cash donations or gift cards. There will be a box available to put these in.
St Vincent de Paul will collect all items after Sunday Mass on 10th December.
