College Union Program (CUP) 

Our CUP groups program is student led and provides opportunities for girls to make friendships between year groups and form vertical connections. Ably led by our Deputy Head prefect, Clara, a wonderful team of Year 11 and 12 students spend their Thursday form period leading activities for our Years 7 and 8 students. So far this term, our Year 7 students have played getting to know you games, participated in an exciting scavenger hunt around the School and been able to ask Senior students questions about camp. Year 8 created Valentine’s Day cards that were then distributed to each student in the year group and have since reflected on this activity and how it made themselves and others feel. They were asked to consider two of the GEM principles from the resilience project: gratitude and empathy while doing so. 

We look forward to the students participating in a wider range of activities this year.
