A message from Stage 1
Welcome to Stage 1, 2024! It's been wonderful getting to know our students and discovering their strengths over the past few weeks. The students have seamlessly integrated into their classes, and it's heartening to see them already cultivating positive learning habits. Creating a nurturing and inviting atmosphere is essential for the wellbeing and academic success of our students. This term, students will be getting their hands dirty as we investigate ways to reduce, reuse and recycle to adopt more sustainable practices, both at school and at home. If students have gardening gloves at home, could they please bring them to school as soon as possible as we will need them for our investigation (sturdy rubber gloves would be a good alternative).
We are learning what it means to ‘leave a light footprint’ on the environment so that we can help sustain our earth.
