Specialist Feature News: Science

Selamat Siang,

In Science this term, all levels are investigating the human body. 

Foundation students are looking into how to stay healthy and exploring our senses. This week they investigated their taste buds and sense of smell. They also practiced using beakers, pipettes and other scientific equipment. 

3/4 students are investigating body systems. This week students investigated their resting heart rates and compared them to a range of exercises. They used tables, timers and calculators to determine their results. Students worked hard to draw conclusions based on their results. 3/4 students are also investigating the circulatory system and have modelled the flow of blood to and from the heart.

We are having so much fun learning about the human body!
