I work as the Senior Girls Manager at MITS. I’ve been with the organisation for nearly two years and have been involved in Youth Work for the past 20 years. I’m passionate about what MITS stands for and grateful for the opportunity to support our young women achieve their goals here in Narrm. Outside of MITS, I spend my time looking after my three young boys.

I am Kelly and I lead a wonderful team across Fella’s Boarding at MITS.  It is a real privilege to share part of the educational journey of the next generation of Indigenous leaders.  I strive to provide a home away from home in a culturally safe environment for these fellas to live, grow and learn.  I recognise the courage of our students and are committed to providing a high level of care and assurance to our families that their young person is supported in a nourishing and positive environment.

Hi, I am Tom, and I am the Assistant Manager for the newly opened Junior Fellas House and was for the Senior Fellas last year. Previously working as a musician and Project Coordinator, I spent my time working in central desert communities running music and wellbeing workshops which promoted safety and creativity. I love live music, live comedy and any opportunity to go down the coast for a surf.

Max
Max

My name is Max and I am the assistant boarding co-ordinator at the 364 fellas house this year. I have been working at MITS for the past two years as a boarding and senior boarding co-ordinator. I was brought up along the Great Ocean Road but spent an amazing two years living in the NT in 2020/21.  Up there I worked remotely in youth education, enjoyed the crazy footy conditions and explored the beautiful NT landscape. If I'm not at work you will find me playing golf or keeping active, watching the 2023 AFL grand final replay or planning my next holiday. Looking forward to a great year with MITS 😊
