MindFlight7
Year 9 and 10 students, who were not attending the Sydney Science Excursion, had the opportunity to attend MindFlight7 Workshops on August 12, organised through the Educational Pathways Program.
MindFlight7 utilises cutting-edge VR technology to offer an extensive collection of immersive and interactive virtual reality experiences centred around various career and trade-related scenarios. Students engaged in hands-on experiences and in-depth discussions about the essential skills required for a diverse range of careers.
The workshops also emphasised fostering a comprehensive understanding of fixed and growth mindsets in the context of career choices, enabling students to apply this knowledge to their future endeavours. Through reflection on their own preferences and strengths, students developed well-informed action plans for their ongoing career exploration journeys.
So much fun was had by both students and teachers!
