Dear Families,

At this time of the year, we are focused on winding up 2023 and planning for 2024. Part of this planning includes creating class lists for 2024.

This process is complex and the teachers put in a lot of time and effort.

The focus is on creating the best learning environment for all children. It is not about friends or play; this is for outside time. We are so lucky in our school environment that children are always in a shared space with their friends and can catch up each day and head out to play together.

All children have had the opportunity to list five children they have identified they work well with, and our process ensures that they are placed with someone on their list.

Being optimistic about this process with your children ensures that children can enter their 2024 class with excitement and look forward to the year.
