As another busy and rewarding term comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to celebrate the wonderful things happening across our Anglesea Primary School community throughout Term 3.

It has been a term filled with learning, friendship, adventure and plenty of opportunities for our students to get involved and try something new. 

From our first swimming instruction program in 20+yrs, sporting events to excursions, incursions and all of our camps (and P/Gr1 Breakfast) this term, our students have embraced every opportunity to learn, challenge themselves and create special memories with their friends.

There is something particularly special about being a student at Anglesea Primary School. Our beautiful coastal environment provides a wonderful backdrop to school life, and we are fortunate to be part of such a connected and supportive local community.

Thank you to our families for the many ways you contribute to school life. Your support of camps, excursions, sporting events, swimming and other school activities, as well as the encouragement you provide at home, makes such a difference. The strength of our school comes from the wonderful partnerships between students, families, staff and our broader community.

I'd  also like to acknowledge our incredible staff. Their commitment, care and enthusiasm ensure our students are provided with rich experiences both in and beyond the classroom. From the everyday learning that takes place at school to the many camps (and days/nights away from their own families including the fatigue that carries following a camp), swimming sessions, sporting opportunities and adventures throughout the term, there is an enormous amount of work happening behind the scenes. We are very grateful for all that they do.

As we look towards Term 4, there is still plenty to look forward to as we head towards the end of the school year including incursions, transition days, P-2 Athletics, Beach Safety Awareness program, Graduation, plus many more. 

A reminder that school hats are required whenever students are outside during Term 4, so please make sure your child has their named school hat ready for the beginning of the term.
