5/6 Winter Gala Day

WHAT A DAY!

On Thursday, 19th June our grade 5/6’s took part in the interschool sports gala day. Our soccer and T-ball participants played at Princes Park, the AFL team competed at Brens Oval, whilst our netballers ventured off to Fairlea Reserve.

Our students played 4-5 games and did our school proud both on and off the field with their behaviours and actions. 

Our Division One teams made history by taking out victory in ALL of the grand finals and will now all be heading to the divisional stage!

To the T-ball, netball, AFL and soccer teams a huge congratulations for all your hard work and dedication to your sport. A special well done for our fantastic coaches (Kathleen, Maddi, Abby, Amy, Nathan and Nick) who have been working tirelessly all term on getting their teams game ready, with the hard work definitely paying off.

A big shout out to all our division 2 teams who were superb on the day, with the soccer, netball and T-ball celebrating some great wins and the division 2 AFL team, who finished on top overall in their division.

Thankyou to our parent helpers who assisted on the day. Mats and Lincoln who umpired soccer while Bella scored, Jess at AFL and Deepa and soccer.
