KELLY CLUB – HOLIDAY PROGRAM

We’re super excited to have our Holiday Program running this school break with Kelly Club! They’ve planned an incredible line-up of activities, including a mix of fun onsite incursions and offsite excursions. If you haven’t used the program before, this is a great opportunity to try it out—your child can enjoy some amazing holiday experiences while you enjoy a well-earned child-free day!

SWIMMING PROGRAM

We’re excited to share that our Year 1 and Year 2 Swimming Program is well underway, with students having now completed two of their five intensive lessons. The students have been having a fantastic time at Cardinia Life!

This program provides an invaluable opportunity for students to develop essential water safety knowledge and build their swimming skills, helping them grow in confidence and competence in aquatic environments.

PARENT INFORMATION SESSIONS

Thank you to all the families who attended our recent Parent Information Session on Reading Comprehension. It was wonderful to see so many parents keen to learn more about our literacy approach at Orchard Park. We hope the session gave you helpful insight into what your children are learning in class.

LIGHTENING PREMIERSHIP

Today, our Year 5/6 students competed in their Winter Sports Lightning Premiership. Students participated in AFL, T-Ball, Netball, and Soccer.

We are incredibly proud of all students for giving their chosen sport a red-hot go, showing great sportsmanship to our neighbouring schools, and—most importantly—embracing the spirit of fun and teamwork on the day!

SEUSSICAL ™ MUSICAL

We are so excited for our upcoming school production of Seussical™ Jr. on Friday 27th June!

We encourage all families to check the Compass Newsfeed and ensure you’re across all key information. There are currently two important items visible in your feed:

• Seussical™ Jr Day Schedule
• Base Dress Requirements outlining what students should wear when they arrive at school on the day.

In addition to this, a Compass Event has also been sent out with details regarding bus transport to Beaconhills College and student dinner arrangements. Families are welcome to use their School Saving Bonus or CSEF balance to cover the cost of this event.

TICKETS: We were thrilled to secure a much larger venue this year and are absolutely wrapped to have sold out once again! Please note that tickets were sold through an external agency, and the school office is not able to assist with changes or cancellations. If you're looking for tickets, we recommend keeping an eye on local community Facebook pages in case any become available.
