Highlight

Wominjeka,

This week we celebrated NAIDOC Week which is occuring in the first week of the school holidays. We read many stories by indigenous authors, learning about various first nations words such as 'darrambyang' which means 'gum leaves'. We used out creativity to make nature art using leaves, and explored the meaning of local first nations symbols.

We hope you all have a safe holiday and we look forward to learning and growing throughout Term Three.

Kind Regards,

Tegan, Emma and Ash
