Highlight 

Selamat Siang, 

What a fantastic final week of term we've had in the Inquiry Centre for Term 2! 

Students have finished the term on a high note with lots of hands-on learning and engaging activities. 

One of the highlights this week was our Reader's Theatre performances. Students worked in groups to bring their plays to life, creating colourful backgrounds and props to support their storytelling. Each group had the chance to perform in front of the class, and it was fantastic to see their creativity, expression, and teamwork shine. On Thursday, we also had the chance to take part in an exciting Kelly Sports incursion. Students rotated through a variety of fun and active stations, trying their hand at sports such as basketball, AFL, hockey, and more. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to get moving, practise new skills, and build on their teamwork, coordination, and sportsmanship in a fun and energetic environment.

Reminders

• Swimming lessons will begin on the first Tuesday back next term. If your child is feeling a little nervous about starting lessons, we recommend visiting Aquanation Ringwood during the holidays. This is the venue where the lessons will take place, and a casual visit can help your child feel more confident and familiar with the environment.
• We also find that students are often extra hungry on swimming days. Please consider packing an extra piece of fruit or an additional snack in your child’s lunchbox to help keep their energy levels up throughout the day.
