Performance Times

• Wednesday 1st July 6.30 - 7.30pm
• Thursday 2nd July 6.30 - 7.30pm

Musical Arrival Times for Students

We ask all families to please take their children to the toilet at the venue before signing them in.

Foundation to Year 5: arrive and sign in between 6.00pm and 6.10pm. 

Year 6 students with headsets: (Sienna V, Yasmin and Joshua) to arrive at 5:45pm.

Remaining Year 6 students: to arrive at 6.00pm. 

Doors Open

The doors to the auditorium will be opened to our audience at 6.10pm. Students need to arrive at their designated area at the indicated times and will be supervised by their class teachers until they are required to take their places. 

Please note that the Futures Cafe will not be open on performance evenings.

Parking

The Futures Church car park will be available for both evening performances. Please observe time limit signs. An overflow carpark is available off Peach Street, or you may use street parking on Old South Road. A torch may be helpful. 

Recording of the Musical

A recording of the Musical will be made available free of charge after the event. Photos are also being taken. Please do not use flash photography during performances.

Signing Students In And Out At Performances

Signing In

• On arrival, proceed to the toilets with your child.
• There will be a sign in area in the foyer, opposite the toilets, where staff will sign students in electronically in family groups. 
• The children will then be directed to their holding room where class teachers will be waiting for them.
• Parents won’t enter the holding rooms prior to the performances. 

At the end of each evening performance, we have a logistical challenge to get the many students ready for you to pick up and take home. We are asking that you please assist us with this task by following these helpful guidelines. We will remind you of this at each performance, but many will appreciate this information before the event. 

Signing Out

• After the performance one parent needs to collect their child/ren from the holding rooms (F - 2 holding room and Yr 3 - 6 holding room). 
• Class teachers will sign students out electronically. 
• Please ensure your child has all their belongings. 
• Please collect your older children first and then you can use the internal door to collect your F - 2 child/ren.

If you are not attending a particular performance, please arrive promptly to collect your child at 7.30pm.
