Please feel welcome to join us for worship each Wednesday morning this term at 9:00am in the Church. Our Term 4 theme is: Rescue – Jesus is our Ultimate Rescuer. Each

PE Week 2025

In Week 5, we are celebrating PE week, which is a whole week dedicated to being happy, healthy and active! The week is FULL of activities and excitement and includes a whole school scavenger hunt, a PE/Sport Quiz, a nail-biting Staff vs Student netball game and some health hustles. Select children will also be competing in an Athletics carnival against our Connected Schools network to try and regain their title of Endeavour Cup champions!

Each year, we invite families to contribute donations for our prize packs, which are awarded to winners of the week’s competitions. Suggested items include sports equipment, fidgets, vouchers, or fun stationery (such as pencils or erasers).

Please get in touch with Miss Karly Bartlett: kbartlett@stpaulba.sa.edu.au if you would like to donate or bring any donatable items to the front office prior to Week 5!

Thank you so much for your ongoing support. We can’t wait to celebrate an active and enjoyable week with our children.

Library news

It's wonderful to welcome everyone back to the library for Term 4. Ms McLeod is taking some well-deserved long service leave for the first seven weeks of this term, and in her absence, I will be taking care of the library.

In addition to my work as a classroom LSO (currently in Reception Lethborg), for the last five years, I have been supporting Ms McLeod as the library LSO each afternoon. I was so inspired by Ms McLeod and the role our library plays in our school community, I decided to return to university to study Information Management and Library studies, graduating as a fully qualified Librarian during the last holiday break! How lucky I was to be able to celebrate this milestone with my parents and my family.

I'm very grateful to have Liann Tape assisting in the library this term, too. We'll do our best to fill Ms McLeod's shoes!

We have some fun things planned for the children alongside their regular borrowing. If you have the opportunity to come through before or after school, you might like to have a look at our displays to learn more about what's going on in the library. Come and say hi!
