Swimming Carnival in Term 4- Monday 24th November 2025 

Reminder:

- 100 and 50 metre swimmers must complete the form below.

- 25m and novelty races are only for students that have not entered timed 50m and 100m events and do not need to fill in the form below.

- Non-swimmers are required to fill in the below form to participate in a variety of water-based activities.

-Kindy & Year 6 students do not need to fill in the form. Kindy will do water-based activities in which Year 6 students will help run as well as doing their own novelty races. 

• Your child will be swimming in the age group that they are turning in 2026.
• Please write your child’s year of birth (not age).

• Students are encouraged to enter 50m & 100m events to qualify for the North Shore Zone Swimming Carnival.

   

Please fill in the swimming nominations form belowby Friday 17th October 2025.  After this date No Swimming Nominations will be accepted.
