As we wrap up our busy Term 1, our students have thoroughly enjoyed the diverse array of activities and learning experiences in the Mandarin room. Next term, we plan to further enrich their language learning with additional interactive games such as Kahoot, Blooket, and Gimkit.

Our lovely Foundation students have mastered the basics of Chinese numbers (1 to 10) this term. They learned these numbers through songs and finger movements demonstrating 1 to 10. Additionally, they naturally absorbed Pinyin, the Chinese phonetic system, while associating numbers with their corresponding Pinyin sounds.

Grade 5/6 students are enjoying a relaxing game of ‘Connect 5’ to celebrate our last day of Term 1. Congratulations to Holly Lee, the winner of the 6B tournament!
