SCHOOL BAND

Unfortunately, with declining numbers of Eglinton students interested in joining the school band, Chris Dove has made a very difficult decision to resign from his role as Band Director. 

Chris will still provide music tuition as usual.  

We hope that over the next few years interest in the music program will again increase and students wanting to join the band will build up and we will be able to reintroduce the band. 

At this point, the P&C would like to sincerely thank Chris for his wonderful work teaching and sharing his love of music with his music students, and allowing them in turn to share their music through the band. 

WORKING BEE

We will be holding a school working bee on Sunday 26th May and would love to see lots of our school community to help tidy and beautify our school grounds.  Stay tuned for more information!

AGM

Our AGM scheduled for this week has had to be postponed.  It will now be held on Tuesday 14th May. All positions will be vacated and open for nominations.

MOTHER'S DAY STALL 

The annual Mothers Day Stall will be held on Thursday 9th May.  All students will have the opportunity to visit the stall and but a gift for their special person.  All gifts will be $5 and reminders will be provided as we get closer to the date!

Enjoy the school holidays for the next couple of weeks,  and we'll see you back in Term 2!
