Together We Walk!

Walk-a-thon Fund Raising Event 2025

Our FIRE Carrier leaders have been busy promoting the values of the program which are: Spirituality, Cultural Recognition & Awareness and Reconciliation and Justice. We are proud that we support an organisation that brings awareness to Indigenous culture in education.

The 2025 National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day theme is

LITTLE FOOTSTEPS, BIG FUTURE and honours the journeys Indigenous children take as they grow.

Throughout the week of August 4th, groups across Victoria will come together to walk laps around their ovals, raising funds to support First Nations students in achieving equality in education.  Holy Family will hold a walk-a-thon on Tuesday 5th August during school to raise money and support this cause.

Be ready with your walking shoes and donations as we continue supporting this important cause in our community.
